Delivery & Returns


• We aim to cover all areas with our Express service, but unfortunately it cannot be guaranteed in certain areas. We provide Express service in EU countries. Our fastest service is 24h delivery. Each product’s delivery time is specified in the product description.
• The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
• When returning goods we will review the condition of the product/s before deciding in accordance with our Returns Policy whether to process the refund.
• You may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
• Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.


• If you haven’t submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the red ‘X’ button next to the product you do not wish to purchase in you shopping basket.
• If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can. We will try our best to make any changes but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns procedures.
• Once we’ve heard from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 14 days of your order, provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.
We’re sorry but we are not able to offer exchanges on orders where PayPal was used as a payment method. Please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

Please note that your right to cancel and return the products ordered does NOT apply to products that you ordered to be personalized: engraved jewelry or customized clothing.

Return Policy

This returns policy is specific to online purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will refund a product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalized products: engraved jewelry or  customized clothing, in which situations your right to cancel does not apply. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the product. We will only normally refund the delivery charge for sending the product to you if the product is damaged, faulty, or does not match your order. In the case of unwanted goods being returned; we will not refund any duties or taxes that were imposed when the order was despatched to the recipient.

Returns Process

• If you wish to return purchased product, please contact us at: We will provide you with the Returns Paperwork and all information how to proceed. The product being returned for refund will be dealt with in accordance with the terms as described here.
• When returning goods the online returns team will review the condition of the product/s before deciding in accordance with our Returns Policy whether to process the refund.
•When processing a refund for returned goods, we will refund by the original method of payment and you will receive an email confirming the refund amount. The refund will be processed up to 14 days of the goods being received back.
